I am based in the stunning Colorado Rocky Mountains where opportunities to witness and capture natural beauty abound. My interest in photography dates back to my childhood, although I did not recognize and practice photography as an artform until recently.

Borne of my passion for the outdoors and a desire to capture the incredible vistas before me to share with others, landscape photography is what I love most. My appreciation for landscapes is rooted in my background as a geologist, my experiences as a mountaineer, and in my visual attraction to simple lines and patterns.

A close second to nature and landscape photography is food photography. I make, style, and shoot my own food regularly on use real butter.
